Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@sportswiseandnutrition.com with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
